i was watching some movies on the plane like you again and life as we know it and legend of the fist but after finishing everything but legend of the guardians and the social network and the town….and alot of others i refused to watch, i stumbled across a national geographic program on marine one. the helicopter that transports the president of the united states. it just seems like the perfect example of what a christian vessel should be. it is the most maintained helicopter in the world. when it’s flying the inside is so quite you can hear the president speak. on the outside it’s armor plated and carries top of the line equipment. It’s easily the most recognizable aircraft in the world second to only air force one. There’s so much care and respect put into the way they take care of it and also the presentation. when i see that it just shows me i dont respect God enough. i dont love him enough. When the helicopter lands its not called marine one. only when the president enters , then is it marine one. i just feel like , thats what has happened when we want God in our lives. before he came into us we are nothing. a piece of equipment, thought with much potential, means nothing. but when christ enters, we become christ one. and it messes me up on the inside to think that i invite other things into my heart to sit next to my God, my president. how disrespectful. how unloving. this vessel should only be reserved for him.
